General Requirements
The following documents are required for all programs:
Valid Passport
Clear scanned copy of your passport (minimum 18 months validity)
Passport Size Photos
8-10 recent photos with white background (35mm x 45mm)
Educational Certificates
SSC (Matric) and HSSC (Intermediate) transcripts and certificates
Medical Examination Form
Completed medical checkup form from registered hospital
Police Clearance Certificate
Character certificate from local police station
Bank Statement
Varies by program (e.g., 6000¥ for Guizhou Medical University)
Financial Statement
Proof of financial ability to cover expenses
Guarantor ID/Passport
Copy of guarantor's valid ID or passport
Resume/CV
Updated resume highlighting academic and professional background
Program-Specific Requirements
